Delicate and crunchy, slightly salted, and buttery -- bolillos are a great bread to make sandwiches with or to pair with soup. They're a household must-try. Their conchas are also made in-house (like most of their items) and they are yummy. Just the right texture and balance of flavor and sweetness. The conchas are delicate and can be split apart easily. You'll notice the delicious inside that is soft and a yummy bite. My personal favorite is their fruit tarts. The tarts are held together by a delicious base with some crunch to it. The layer of pastry cream is just so light and almost refreshing. Topped with ripe fruits like blueberries and raspberries it's a perfect summer desert!! You'll find something for everyone here. Chocolate cakes, strawberry cakes, gelatins, donuts, flan, tres leches cakes, and much much more. Don't let the bad reviews keep you away from trying this place out for yourself.
